"Grand New View" at Zoo Atlanta
Zoo Atlanta Savanna Hall
to open November 2019
Zoo Atlanta was given the Cyclorama Museum at their front door, plus expansion land for Elephants! Ursa and The Epsten Group has a plan to transform the Zoo.
Read all about it in the Concept Design page, or read all about it on my blog -
or see the Concept Animation on YouTube! - and now in the "Behind the scenes" video. We expect a 'soft opening' this year - with a grand opening in 2020
- but you never know. Wish us luck!

Zoo Atlanta recently received Msholo, the bull Elephant from San Diego Wild Animal Park, and he's a wonderful guy (see Zoo Atlanta's facebook page for lots of great video and news).
The introductions in the barn have been very promising that one day soon, he will be able to socialize with Kelly and Tara in the combined habitats. Click for Video
